Fudge Hair Cement is an extreme hold non-aerosol fixing spray with a hold factor of 14. Defy gravity with extreme hold Unleaded Cement. Spray onto finished style to get that rock hard look. Gives extra strong hold - Workable spray dries slowly - Adds brilliant shine. For optimum results, hold Unleaded Cement at arms length and spray evenly over the finished style. Allow to dry. To increase hold factor, mist over hair again.
